Setting Up for ChemCALTM Online     Atomic Structure Chemical Bonding Stoichiometry Chemical Equilibrium         The Fundamental Concepts modules cover the key ideas you need to succeed at chemistry. Each module begins at a simple level and builds up to more complex ideas and examples. The modules do not replace a textbook, which is expected to have more detail, or classroom work, which can set the principles in a discussion context. You can use the modules to revise basic skills or stretch your knowledge to more complicated applications during a 1 or 2 year high school chemistry course. You can enter or leave the modules at any stage, guided by your teacher and your own interest. This project is a collaboration between the Chemistry Education Association and the School of Chemistry at the University of Melbourne. Run Setting Up for ChemCALTM Online first, to check that your computer has the right software installed. The Setting Up module then teaches you how to use the system by testing your knowledge of some basic chemistry.
